Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands into tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute.
This is a senior, systems-first role, not one-off pages or maintenance. You will stand up new systems quickly across multiple client brands, with the same architectural rigor and precision.
