The Marketing Activation Analyst supports the Brand Manager in the development and execution of annual marketing plans, with the objective of achieving Distributor Markets business goals across designated product categories.
- Execute annual marketing plans and activation initiatives to support business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Coordinate and execute consumer promotions, recommending local initiatives to increase consumer engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance brand visibility, strengthen distribution, and support portfolio execution across channels and markets.
- Manage relationships with BTL and digital agencies to ensure effective planning and flawless execution of marketing activities.
- Support key business initiatives during critical selling periods to achieve volume and net sales targets.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collect, analyze, and share competitive intelligence with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Assist in managing the A&P; budget, including reporting, purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Support administrative processes, vendor management,
and marketing project execution.
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Finance teams to ensure the timely and effective implementation of marketing programs.
- Manage MDG and Proof HQ submissions, ensuring projects progress according to established timelines.
- Coordinate consumer response management activities across the Energizer portfolio in collaboration with local and general teams.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related business function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing principles and execution best practices.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience collaborating with marketing agencies and external vendors.
