About the Role

Oretrend Bienestar y Desarrollo Humano is looking for a Content Writer (Redactor/a de Contenidos) to create clear, engaging, and informative content related to wellness, human development, education, and professional services.

The successful candidate will develop written content for digital channels while maintaining consistent messaging, editorial quality, and a professional tone.

Key Responsibilities

- Write articles, blog posts, website content, newsletters, social media copy, and informational materials.
- Research topics related to wellness, personal development, education, and human development.
- Adapt content according to the target audience, communication channel, and communication objectives.
- Review and edit materials for grammar, spelling, structure, clarity, and consistency.
- Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and search-intent principles.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and transform it into useful, audience-focused content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure content is delivered according to deadlines.
- Propose new content topics, formats, and communication ideas to improve audience engagement.





What We Are Looking For
- Degree or technical background in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Literature, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital communications, or content marketing.
- Excellent Spanish writing, grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- Strong research and information-synthesis abilities.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital content practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management platforms.
- Experience with social media, email marketing, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
