Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

- Salary: CLP 1,200,000 – CLP 1,600,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, adaptable core working hours
- Work Location: Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) or Full Remote within Chile

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, write, and publish engaging posts (text, graphics, and short-form video) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, reply to comments and messages, and foster active conversations with our community and industry peers.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and recruitment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (engagement rates, reach, website traffic) and deliver monthly insights to refine content strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates,



and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns strictly with FibX Solutions’ voice, style, and brand standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Social Media Management: 1–3 years of experience managing brand accounts across major platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram emphasis).
- Copywriting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with professional fluency in English.
- Content Creation Tools: Proficiency with design and video tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Analytics & Insights: Familiarity with social listening and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
- Organization: Strong project management and multitasking skills with fine attention to detail.
- Bonus Points: Experience in B2B marketing, the tech/IT sector, or basic paid social ad setup.
