Overview
The Fintech Partners team is one of Mastercard's fastest-growing and most strategically important business areas. As a Manager, Account Management, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline, and strengthening strategic partnerships. You will collaborate across multiple business functions to identify customer needs,



develop tailored solutions, and support revenue growth across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of the sales pipeline in collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Account Management teams.
- Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with market and geographic objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales, volume, market share, and net revenue targets.
- Develop commercial proposals and business cases for Fintech customers.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and consultative support.
- Analyze customer performance through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth within existing customer portfolios.
