- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
- Maintains cleanliness of public areas, crew areas, officer cabins, and restrooms (vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, floor care, and waste removal).
- Provides cabin services including turn-down service, laundry/valet support, and luggage handling.
- Handles cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper use, storage, and inventory control.
- Supports ship operations through embarkation/disembarkation duties, towel and umbrella distribution, wheelchair assistance, and requisition management.
- Ensures compliance with sanitation, public health, outbreak response, and company policies and procedures.
- Delivers excellent guest service, addresses concerns professionally,



and maintains effective communication with guests and crew.
- Participates in training, teamwork, and onboarding of new staff while maintaining high-performance standards.
- Assists with maintenance, reports equipment issues, minimizes waste, and promotes cost awareness.
- Upholds professionalism, confidentiality, grooming standards, and company code of conduct at all times.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
- Good English communication skills required.
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are preferred.
