Job Description
Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades
Preparar y consolidar el cierre contable mensual mediante el uso de sistemas contables locales y herramientas de consolidación corporativa.
Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas, análisis de variaciones y seguimiento de acciones correctivas para garantizar el adecuado control de activos y pasivos.
Elaborar reportes financieros y de gestión con frecuencia mensual, trimestral y anual para Latinoamérica y Corporativo.
Garantizar la integridad, exactitud y cumplimiento de los estados financieros reportados, de acuerdo con las políticas y lineamientos corporativos.
Proporcionar información y documentación de soporte para auditorías internas y externas.
Brindar apoyo a otras áreas financieras y clientes internos, incluyendo Impuestos, Tesorería, Planeación Financiera y otras funciones relacionadas.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos financieros y contables, proponiendo e implementando acciones que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua.
Participar activamente en iniciativas de automatización, estandarización y fortalecimiento de controles internos.
Requisitos
Título profesional en Contabilidad General, Administración Financiera, Ingeniería en Administración o carreras afines del área contable y financiera.
Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en posiciones de análisis contable, financiero o presupuestario.
Deseable experiencia de al menos 1 año en empresas multinacionales o interactuando con estructuras corporativas regionales o globales.
Experiencia en procesos de cierre contable, conciliaciones y elaboración de reportes financieros.
Inglés Intermedio a Avanzado.
Capacidad para participar en reuniones ocasionales, comprender documentación técnica y mantener comunicación escrita en inglés.
Microsoft Office nivel avanzado Excel avanzado SAP nivel usuario avanzado (módulos financieros).
