Job Description
Facilitate and support teams in the effective adoption and application of Agile methodologies and practices.
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure effective sprint planning and execution.
Identify impediments, risks, and dependencies, supporting their management and resolution.
Promote team self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor sprint progress and support the tracking of Agile metrics and performance indicators.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas, and other stakeholders.
Support Product Owners with Product Backlog management and refinement.
Identify opportunities to improve processes,



team dynamics, and ways of working.
Promote an Agile mindset and contribute to the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Facilitate retrospectives and help teams define actionable continuous improvement plans.
Support teams in conflict resolution and the removal of blockers that may impact delivery.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience
as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
Experience working with software development teams or technology projects.
Solid understanding of
Scrum and Agile methodologies
.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.
Experience working directly with
Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
.
Ability to identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.
Knowledge of Agile metrics and team performance tracking.
Experience with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
