¿Te interesa el derecho, quieres conocer cómo funciona el área legal de una empresa y te gustaría participar en desafíos que conectan el negocio con el mundo jurídico?What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Tendrás la oportunidad de conocer de cerca el funcionamiento del área legal y apoyar en distintos temas que impactan al negocio, desarrollando tu experiencia profesional a través de:

- Realizar seguimiento de causas y procesos legales.
- Dar seguimiento a proyectos legislativos prioritarios y sus posibles impactos para el negocio.
- Apoyar en la gestión y revisión de contratos simples.
- Participar en la elaboración y revisión de términos y condiciones, bases y otros documentos legales.
- Brindar apoyo en casos y materias laborales.
- Trabajar junto a distintos equipos, comprendiendo sus necesidades y entregando soporte desde una mirada legal.

Buscamos a una persona responsable, organizada y detallista, con interés por comprender cómo el área legal puede acompañar al negocio y aportar soluciones. ¿Qué buscamos?

- Estudiantes de Derecho.
- Idealmente en último año de carrera.
- Interés por el derecho corporativo,



laboral y/o regulatorio.
- Capacidad de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.
- Proactividad, responsabilidad y ganas de aprender.
- Interés por conocer el funcionamiento legal de una compañía y sus desafíos de negocio.
- Disponibilidad para realizar su práctica cualificado.
