Role Description The Logistics Assistant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santiago, Chile, with some flexibility for work from home. This role supports daily logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, tracking cargo from China to Chile, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process.

The Logistics

Assistant helps organize orders in the Santiago warehouse, assists with unloading, inspection, and preparation of parcels for dispatch across the country,



and communicates with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues. The role also involves updating systems with shipment and inventory information, monitoring delivery timelines, and supporting customer service with status updates and basic inquiries.

The Logistics

Assistant contributes to continuous improvement of logistics processes to ensure reliable, efficient, and transparent service.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably in import/export or freight forwarding.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of customs processes, international shipping, and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with office and logistics-related software (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or order management systems).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; basic English or Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset, with ability to provide clear updates and solve problems collaboratively.
- Ability to work both on-site in Santiago and remotely, maintaining reliability, punctuality, and self-management.
- High school diploma required; technical or professional studies in logistics, administration, or related fields are an advantage.
