This position is onsite and located in Santiago, Chile.### What You Will Do* Lead the process technology strategy for the DLE operation.* Manage process optimization, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.* Provide technical leadership to operations, project and commissioning teams.* Ensure process stability, quality, productivity and recovery targets are achieved.* Lead process control,
