What you'll bring
You're a recent graduate with up to two years of experience and a background in business or technology. You're curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in sales operations within a integral SAP environment.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros; SQL or Python knowledge is a plus
• Experience using AI-assisted tools responsibly and effectively
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and accountability
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT focus), or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluent English communication skills

What you'll build
You'll support the Global Revenue Operations team by helping connect sales strategy and execution across SAP's commercial organization.
• Analyze business performance data and identify insights
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Help maintain operational alignment across sales teams
• Prepare project updates and stakeholder communications




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key priorities
• Develop skills in analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement

Where you belong
The Global Revenue Operations (GRO) team enables SAP's sales organization through standardized processes, tools, and services. Working with Sales, Finance, and HR, the team helps improve efficiency and business performance worldwide. This contract role is based in Santiago, Chile and ranges from six months to two years.
