The challenged Ahead
The purpose of this role is leading a portfolio of work designed to support our current and future project execution activities in Minerals Americas. The candidate will bring a strong background in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities, project delivery,
and demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and execution of these activities.
In this role, you will:
• Support HSE performance through proactive leadership, apply BHP's risk management framework and build a risk aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate the development and maintenance of Commissioning strategy, standards, processes, and plans for major capital project.
• Support the development and execution of a capital optimization program, identifying improvement initiatives to increase capital efficiency and productivity within the pre-commissioning program.
• Provide pre-commissioning and commissioning expertise and coordinate resources deployed into a study team for the development of commissioning related deliverables, including but not limited to plans, processes, and procedures and test records.
• Act as a single point of contact for the Project or Study manage
