Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead, based in Chile, to oversee end-to-end technology service delivery across LATAM sites. You will align IT services with business needs, manage operations, and drive regional initiatives with general IT teams and vendors.

Required 6–8 years in regulated IT service delivery, strong leadership, and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders. Travel up to 25% regional, with ITIL/PMP certifications preferred.
