Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product, and engineering, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring deliverables solve the intended problem.
You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope during project scoping and estimation.
