Job OverviewSharp Brains is seeking a Desktop Engineer / EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user computing support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain desktop IT environments in Santiago, Chile.
Key Responsibilities• Provide L1/L2 desktop and EUC support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, software, applications, login, and hardware issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and printer-related issues.
• Perform workstation setup, imaging, deployment, configuration, and replacement.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM.
• Maintain ticket updates, asset records, onsite photos, and completion reports.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and escalate unresolved issues.





Requirements• Experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Field Services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and ticketing systems.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Spanish proficiency for onsite user communication.
• Ability to work independently and travel to assigned sites in Santiago.

Contract Details• Engagement: B2B contract for independent IT service providers.
• Assignment Model: Dispatch / On-Demand.
• Tools: Technician-provided tools as required by the work order.
• Compensation & Payment: As mutually agreed under the B2B contract.
