Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems. You own how client design systems are built, extracting patterns into tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable build pipeline.
This is a systems-first role, working fast and rigorously across several client brands at once. You bring 4+ years designing for the web with real design-system work, fluency in Figma variables and components, and a portfolio showing consistent rigor across client contexts.
