Bechtel Chile seeks an experienced Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H;) lead to direct a high-performance team on a mining project at Escondida.
You will develop and manage ES&H; programs, ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and local regulations, and mentor staff across engineering, construction and operations. This role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, training development, and continuous improvement to meet performance targets and regulatory requirements.
