Hoop Stars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth across brands. You will split time between Hoop Stars operations and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team, with remote LATAM work and Toronto-hours collaboration.

You will own budgets, customer experience and performance metrics while building a scalable, remote-first marketing function across multiple locations.
