Hoop Stars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability. You will divide time between Hoop Stars operations and building the parent company’s marketing team across brands. Remote from LATAM with Toronto hours, relocation to US/Canada possible by mutual agreement.

You should turn advertising into customers, improve conversion, and manage budgets and performance while developing the team and delivery capacity.
