Recruiting Analyst at Baires Dev is a fully remote role joining our Recruiting team to lead short- and long-term projects. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while aligning with our staffing strategy.
You will collaborate with the recruiting department and operations to identify candidates, present them to clients, and continuously improve staffing processes in a fast-growing, integral company.
