About the Team:

Data 360 (Data Cloud) is one of Salesforce’s most strategic growth fronts, and the EBU Specialist Sales team supports emerging business accounts in unlocking value with a unified layer of data, AI, and agents.

About the Role :

As a Data 360 Sales Specialist, you will work in partnership with core EBU Account Executives to identify, qualify, and close Data 360 opportunities within the emerging accounts portfolio. You will be the technical-commercial expert connecting customer pain points (fragmented data, lack of a single context layer for AI/Agentforce) to the Data 360 solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with EBU AEs to identify high-potential Data 360 accounts within the existing pipeline.

- Lead discovery, qualification, and account strategy development for Customer Data Platform opportunities alongside clients' Marketing, Growth, and Acquisition teams.

- Present and demonstrate the business value of Data 360 (zero-copy data federation, profile unification, Einstein/Agentforce enablement) to technical and business stakeholders.





- Build and execute joint account plans with AEs, SEs, and CSMs.

- Collaborate with Solution Engineering on POCs and technical validations.

- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.

- Contribute to GTM strategies and enablement for the specialist team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise solution sales, ideally focused on data, CRM platforms, or AI.

- Track record of exceeding targets in consultative sales and product-specialized selling.

- Ability to translate technical concepts (data architecture, integration) into business value.

- Experience collaborating in an overlay/specialist model alongside core AEs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification.

- Previous experience in the Enterprise segment or with accounts involving larger scale and complex sales cycles.
