Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI Software Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap, building production systems on top of AI models rather than training them. You will work with engineering and delivery leadership to turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped, working systems.
You will have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks, plus API integrations with OpenAI or Anthropic.
