Acting as a bridge between Human Resources, IT, and business stakeholders, this professional will contribute to data governance, reporting, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives across the EQUANS global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, compensation, diversity, employee engagement, and workforce trendsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports,
