The Opportunity
We're building a B2B partnerships channel from the ground up — identifying, approaching, and closing agreements with companies that can become long-term revenue partners for Andes STR. This means working with multinational corporations, regional headquarters,



and other organizations operating in our markets.
We have early traction in this segment and a clear target market. What we need now is someone to own this channel and scale it.
This role sits within our Revenue Management & BizDev team. You'll work alongside a lean, multicultural team with strong backgrounds in finance, data, and strategy. You'll have real visibility and be close to decision-making from day one.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Most internal and external meetings happen in English.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and open new B2B accounts — identifying target companies, making first contact, building relationships from scratch, and tracking progress against targets.

• Build and manage a partnership pipeline from first conversation to signed agreement.

• Represent Andes STR in meetings and negotiations with decision-makers at target organizations — HR, procurement, finance, or C-level.
