In this role, you will support and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for users across a global organization operating in more than 20 countries.You will work with large-scale Microsoft 365 environments, collaborating with international IT teams while contributing to the continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive services.What You'll DoAdminister and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues.Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access governance.Maintain and improve operational documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks.Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver reliable and high-quality collaboration services.Contribute to service improvements, operational excellence,
