The intern will support the management of service providers associated with medical equipment projects, acting as a liaison between the Projects and Procurement teams. The intern will be responsible for coordinating quotation requests, analyzing technical and commercial proposals, supporting supplier selection processes, and developing tracking tools that contribute to improving operational efficiency, process standardization, and cost optimization.Additionally, the intern will participate in the management of services related to civil works, RF cages, chillers, installations, and other infrastructure services associated with projects.

- Request and follow up on supplier quotations.
- Consolidate and analyze technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare comparisons of prices, scope, and terms and conditions.
- Manage supplier databases and documentation.
- Develop tracking and monitoring tools.
- Support supplier evaluations and selection processes.




- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators.
- Coordinate activities between the Projects and Procurement teams.
- Standardize processes and operational best practices.
