What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email in Zendesk;
• Assist with account issues, password resets, in-game features, troubleshooting, bugs, and payment inquiries;
• Escalate complex issues to the client's internal team;
• Maintain customer records, track ticket categories, and follow internal procedures;




• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
• Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
• At least 1 year of customer support experience is required;
• Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
• Positive, proactive and self-sufficient attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:

• Experience with Zendesk
