Mission
Design, implement and lead the marketing strategy in the national market, strengthening the brand's positioning and maximizing its market share. Coordinate advertising campaigns, media management, digital communication, activations and trade marketing strategies that drive sales and strengthen the connection with consumers, ensuring coherence with the company's integral guidelines and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning & brand positioning: Develop and execute the national marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, define brand positioning, and coordinate with HQ on global guidelines to keep strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Market insight: Lead market, consumer and competitor analysis, and translate insights into strategy, creative and budget adjustments.
- Campaigns & media mix optimization: Develop the media plan with agencies, build creative campaigns based on HQ assets, launch digital campaigns, and track KPIs in dashboards.
- Digital & performance marketing: Manage paid media and SEO/SEM,
implement performance e-commerce campaigns, optimize the digital retail presence, and oversee e-commerce platform activations.
- PR & KOL strategy: Build and maintain press/media relations, select and manage influencers, and track and measure earned media value.
- Internal alignment & reporting: Deliver quarterly reports to HQ, ensure compliance with HQ alignment requirements, and manage budget tracking and reporting.
- Leadership & talent development: Set team objectives (CTS), coach and develop the team, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising & Communications, Economics, Statistics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8–12+ years in marketing, including 3–5+ years managing cross-functional marketing teams.
