We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading digital products, to join a team working alongside Mastercard, one of the world's leading payments technology companies. The selected candidate will act as the bridge between business, design and engineering, driving the vision, roadmap and execution of solutions within a technical, regulated environment with the high security standards typical of the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and the OKRs/KPIs agreed with the client.
- Translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.




- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, architecture and QA teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of solutions, with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and system dependencies.
- Lead and/or actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives), facilitating team decision-making.
- Monitor product and business metrics (adoption, performance, quality) and analyze data to iterate on and prioritize improvements.
- Manage local and integral stakeholders, including direct communication in English with Mastercard teams and counterparts.
- Help ensure the product meets applicable security, compliance and risk management requirements.
- Document and maintain up-to-date product specifications, ensuring traceability and accessibility for all teams involved.
