Your MissionThe Area Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the business is operating safely, with profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction within their area of responsibility.The role collaborates closely with external customers and suppliers, sales, project installation management, general service functions and support functions to ensure a safe and profitable service business in the respective area.Your ProfileCompetencies/Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)Formal qualifications in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering desiredBusiness management qualification/experience highly desirableFluent in English (written and spoken)



and local language5+ years of disciplinary leadershipExperience in the wind energy sector is desiredWorked in large matrix organizationsExperience managing P&L;'s & and customer management and performance metricsStrong negotiation skills Experience of managing remote field-based teamsYour TaskResponsible for safety and improvement of safety within the area keeping up to date with HSE legislation and company safety rulesLead the service team in the area, planning, setting goals and reviewing performance and KPIsManage the customer relationships in the area to ensure customer satisfactionReview market demands and opportunities for new contractsDeliver on after-market sales opportunities in the area
