and ways of working.Promote an Agile mindset and contribute to the adoption of best practices across the organization.Facilitate retrospectives and help teams define actionable continuous improvement plans.Support teams in conflict resolution and the removal of blockers that may impact delivery.Requirements2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.Experience working with software development teams or technology projects.Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.Experience working directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Ability to identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.Knowledge of Agile metrics and team performance tracking.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.BenefitsComprehensive health and life insurance.
