About MUST Company

MUST Company is a South Korea–based company building AI-native products. This role fully remote and full-time, open to candidates living in any of the countries listed on this posting.

Why this role exists

We do not need more test cases. We need problems found and solved.

Here is the difference we care about. One engineer was not in a QA role at all. He looked at a live product, found a real problem in how location (GPS) data was being recorded, built five QA tools with AI in one week, and used them to fix the GPS problem for good. Another engineer built a good-looking QA tool, but the quality problem in the product was still there afterwards.

The first one is who we are hiring. A tool is only worth something if the problem is gone at the end.

What you will do

- Go into our live products and find the problems nobody has reported yet: wrong data, broken flows, edge cases, silent failures
- Build your own QA tools fast with AI (scripts, checkers, data validators, dashboards, automated tests), in days, not months
- Use those tools to find the root cause, then fix it yourself or drive the fix with the engineers until it is gone
- Prove the fix: show the numbers before and after, and leave a regression check so the problem cannot come back
- Look outside your own task list. If you see a problem in another team's product, raise it and help solve it

What success looks like

- First 30 days: you have found at least one real problem in a live product, built a tool that shows it, and explained the root cause
- First 60 days: that problem is fixed and verified with data, and a check is running that catches it if it returns
- First 90 days:



you have a repeatable way of finding and closing problems, and the products you own have fewer issues found by users than by you

How we measure you

Not by how many tools you built or how many test cases you wrote. By how many real problems are gone, with proof.

How you will work with AI

You use AI every day to write tools, read logs, analyse data, generate test scenarios and debug. You stay responsible for the judgement: you check what AI gives you, and you can show where you corrected it.

Hiring process

- Quest: a 5-day take-home (unpaid) where you find a problem, build a tool and fix it
- HR alignment call (15–20 minutes)
- 3-day paid test on a real task
- Final evaluation by the Project Lead
- Offer

USD 500 – 2,000 per month, based on your experience and how you perform in the Quest and paid test.

Requirements

Required

- Early career: 1–3 years of hands‑on work in QA, test engineering, software engineering or data work on real, live products (job, freelance or serious projects)
- Willing to unlearn old habits and work AI‑first every day
- A track record of finding a real problem and getting it fixed, not only reporting it. Show us at least one example with before and after
- You have built your own tools with AI (scripts, checkers, test automation, dashboards) and can show them
- Comfortable reading code, logs, API responses and database records to trace a problem to its root cause
- Daily, hands‑on use of AI tools in your work that you can demonstrate
- Clear written English: bug reports and handoffs that an engineer can act on without a call

Bonus

- You fixed a problem outside your own job title because you saw it
- Experience with location or GPS data, mobile apps, payments or notification systems
- Experience testing mobile apps (Flutter) or Node.js backends
