You will work close to the problem: shaping how features are designed, shipping them to production, and standing behind them once they are live.
This is a builder role for someone who wants autonomy and impact, not process for its own sake.You will be expected to run independently.
That means working directly with our internal teams and with the customers who use what you build, chasing down the context you need, unblocking yourself, and driving to the objective without someone checking in on you.
It also means being curious about what LLMs can do for a claims operation: spotting the manual workflow that should not be manual, and building the thing that automates it.What You'll DoDesign, build, and ship full-stack features across the claims platform (frontend, API, data)Own work end to end:
