About The Role

In this role, you will contribute to shaping advanced solutions that address complex business challenges by transforming the aging experience through technology-driven home care solutions. Operating a large-scale platform that connects professional caregivers with older adults and their families, delivering millions of hours of personalized care annually.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Propose how to implement what is needed and estimate roughly how much time it will take, so that feature releases can be planned in advance.
• Build with React and Next.js, style with Tailwind, and ship to Vercel.
• Work with Sanity as the project's CMS.
• Keep pages optimized for SEO and Core Web Vitals, supporting new leads as one of the team's main metrics.
• Use Cursor in daily work and grow together with the team as it builds more processes around AI.
• Propose improvements and take responsibility for the work you deliver — for example, monitoring metrics and logs after a release to make sure everything is fine.




• Look into backend service code when something needs debugging.

Requirements

• Proficient in React and Next.js, the core technologies of the project.
• Experienced with Tailwind for styling and with code hosted on Vercel.
• Experienced with GTM
• Experienced with a CMS in general
• Knowledgeable at least at a basic level in SEO and page optimization (Core Web Vitals metrics), as new leads are one of the team's main metrics.
• Experienced in working with AI
• Valued for initiative
