About This Role

As a Digital Payments Analyst within the Payment Acceptance team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Ria's digital payment acceptance operations across the Americas (United States, Canada, Chile, Mexico) and additional Central and South American markets as part of our regional expansion. The role focuses on the full spectrum of digital payment methods in these regions,



including local schemes and real-time rails such as Pix in Brazil, SPEI and CoDi in Mexico, PSE in Colombia, account-to-account transfers in Chile, Interac e-Transfer in Canada, and ACH in the United States, alongside traditional card processing and cash-based pay-in networks.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of digital payment acceptance in these regions, including authorization rate optimization, cost management, vendor performance, and new payment method rollouts. The role requires a highly detail-oriented profile, deep knowledge of regional payment ecosystems, and the ability to navigate the diversity of payment infrastructures, regulatory frameworks, tax treatments, and consumer preferences that characterize the Americas.
