PYTES is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Chile to expand our customer base and grow our presence in the Chilean market. This role will focus primarily on residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) energy storage solutions, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition, channel development, and building relationships with distributors, solar installers, EPCs, and other industry partners. We are looking for a proactive sales professional with hands-on experience in the solar and/or energy storage industry, particularly in customer-facing, channel, or business development roles.

Ubicación

Chile (with frequent travel to Peru and across the region)

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across Chile.
• Build and expand relationships with solar installers, distributors, dealers, EPCs, and C&I; customers.
• Drive sales growth for residential and C&I; battery energy storage solutions.
• Develop new sales channels and strengthen PYTES' market presence in Chile.
• Manage the full sales cycle,



including prospecting, customer meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward assigned sales targets.
• Monitor local solar and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Work closely with Product, Technical Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customers and projects.
• Represent PYTES at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.

Calificaciones

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience in solar, battery energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Experience with residential and/or C&I; solar or energy storage products is strongly preferred.
