? English Coach (C2, Online Professional/Corporate Experience Required)

Cognitive English | Fully remote | 6–40 hours/week (CLT preferred)

Absolute Requirements (all are non-negotiable)

- Demonstrated C2 English (CEFR), including C2-level speaking.

Native or fully bilingual with native-equivalent fluency, precise accent control, sophisticated vocabulary, and natural command of complex language. You must be able to demonstrate this clearly. “Near-native,” “fluent,” or B2/C1 is not enough.
- Experience teaching English online in professional and corporate settings.

You must have taught live online classes (one-on-one and/or group) to adult professionals, executives, or corporate clients. General school or in-person academy experience alone does not qualify.
- Strong command of English grammar and EFL content.

You can explain and correct grammar accurately, teach language points clearly, and handle the full range of EFL material at a high level.
- Strong pedagogy.

You know how to structure effective lessons, give precise feedback, drive progress, and manage the classroom (online). Evidence of this in your experience is required. If you cannot clearly demonstrate all four of the above, please do not apply.





About the RoleYou will deliver high-accountability, practice-rich one-on-one and small-group lessons using our Cognitive Fluency methodology. The work is results-focused: track progress, keep accurate records, give actionable feedback, and build strong student relationships. Optional paid demo sessions may be part of the process.

What else we look for

- TEFL/TESOL or equivalent (plus, not required)
- Familiarity with evidence-based teaching techniques (e.g., Teach Like a Champion principles)
- Comfort with Zoom, Slack, and Google Docs
- Spanish fluency is a bonus
- Organized, detail-oriented, warm demander (high standards + genuine care)

Practical requirements
- Reliable laptop, good microphone, and stable internet
- Professional on-camera presence
- 1–2 professional references
