Sun World International seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead licensing and business contracts across the organization. You will negotiate, draft, and govern licensing and other commercial agreements while safeguarding intellectual property.
You will collaborate with executive teams across jurisdictions, manage a team, and develop templates and playbooks to scale contracting. This is 100% remote in Chile with travel up to 20%.
