The Regional Manager - Customer Value Enablement leads Caterpillar's Customer Value Enablement team in Latam and is the single point of accountability to customers in the region for enabling the value from the technology solutions we sell. This is a leader-of-leaders role with regional scope, leading a regional team of approximately ~25 positions through multiple managers covering technology implementation and customer readiness and adoption.
