What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head of Internal Audit.
Lead the Internal Audit function, in conformance with the Global Internal Audit Standards.
Provide independent and objective assurance and insight on governance, risk management, and internal controls, helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives responsibly and sustainably.
Report functionally to the Audit and Risk Committee, strengthening accountability, ethical conduct, and stakeholder trust through a holistic, value-driven approach to assurance and advisory activities What challenges will you face?
* Lead the development and execution of a dynamic, risk-based internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and key value drivers.
* Provide independent assurance and strategic insight on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes across global operations.
* Report regularly to senior management (administratively) and the Audit CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.




Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), enterprise risk management, and corporate governance.
Experience with companies that issue bonds or report under capital markets regulatory frameworks.
