This is a hands‑on position for someone who can run agile ceremonies one day and step into project management on a waterfall or hybrid initiative the next. This is your opportunity to be the single point of accountability that technical and business stakeholders can rely on.What You'll DoRun agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and workflow structuring using Jira and Confluence.Flex into project management responsibilities on waterfall or hybrid initiatives, particularly operational, infrastructure, and capex‑based projects.Conduct thorough discovery with teams before proposing recommendations, mapping workflows and validating findings directly with them.Produce well‑structured documentation, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, closure documents, retrospectives, and backlogs.Prepare reports and presentations tailored to the audience, from operational teams to leadership and executives.Align terminology and recommendations to the client's specific context and ways of working.Manage scope with discipline,
