About the Opportunity:

Our client is a fast-growing US law firm specializing in immigration, family law, and personal injury. With over 100 employees globally, offices across Texas, and a new location opening soon, it’s a company on the rise, with plenty of room to grow alongside it.

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join this growing team. You will manage social media content and strategy, create video content,



and lead a small team of three social media setters.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms
- Edit and produce video content optimized for social media
- Lead, guide, and support a team of three social media setters
- Plan, organize, and oversee content and projects from start to finish
- Track and report KPIs transparently, continuously optimizing based on sales outcomes and performance data
- Collaborate with leadership to align social strategy with business goals
- Contribute ideas to improve both marketing and sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience leading or managing teams
- Experience in video editing for social media platforms
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Commercial or sales experience is a plus

Compensation & details:

- Compensation: Competitive monthly fee
- Engagement: Full-time Independent Contractor
- Location: Remote — LATAM
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time)
