What The Role Delivers

As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple international entities. You'll collaborate with colleagues throughout LATAM and beyond, helping drive strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role offers exposure to integral accounting practices, cross-functional partnership, and opportunities to expand your expertise in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities In order of relative importance

- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP and local accounting standards across multiple international entities.
- Drive accurate and timely month-end close activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations using SAP and BlackLine.
- Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounting for accruals, prepayments, payroll, VAT,



and GR/IR accounts.
- Support VAT, withholding tax, EC Listing, and Intrastat compliance activities.
- Review payment proposals and help maintain strong financial controls.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.

What The Job Requires

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on SAP experience.
- Experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
