You will partner with senior leaders, drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational change in a matrix, international environment.
Fluent in German and English, you will ensure compliance with German labor law, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, and travel regularly to Luneburg and Emmering.
