We are looking for a skilled Corporate Access Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of high-impact investor engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute a wide range of investor access initiatives, including conferences, roadshows, sector-focused tours, thematic events, and tailored one-on-one meetings
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communications across internal teams and external clients
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for events to research, sales teams, and institutional investors
- Maintain accurate records of meetings and client interactions
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate issuers and investor clients
- Support the tracking and management of event-related budgets

Core Competencies

- Experience in Corporate Access,



event coordination, or within a client-facing/sales-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative and adaptable approach

Required Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Over three years of relevant experience
