We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join a multinational organization and provide strategic legal support to different areas of the business.
This role will act as a trusted legal partner, helping the organization navigate complex commercial and regulatory matters while balancing legal risk with business priorities. The position requires strong judgment, autonomy and the ability to translate complex legal topics into practical recommendations that support business decisions.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external legal partners in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal guidance and support on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
• Review, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements and contractual matters.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks, providing practical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support legal matters related to commercial initiatives, regulatory requirements and business projects.




• Partner with different business functions to ensure appropriate legal support and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal legal specialists and external counsel when required.
• Support matters related to compliance, corporate governance and other relevant legal areas.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes, templates and best practices.
• Provide clear, commercially oriented legal guidance that enables the business to make informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For
• Law degree and qualification to practice law.
• Solid professional experience in corporate and/or commercial law, ideally within a multinational company or a recognized law firm.
• Strong experience with commercial contracts, legal risk assessment and regulatory matters.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex legal matters with sound judgment.
