Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with more than 10 years of overall HR technology and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience to support and enhance global HR transformation initiatives within a leading international airline organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, global HR processes, employee lifecycle management, integrations, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting large multinational organizations, preferably within aviation, transportation, or highly regulated industries, is highly desirable.
The consultant will collaborate with integral business stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory:

Experience• Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering global SuccessFactors projects.




• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Employee Central Payroll
• Workforce Analytics

Integration and Data Management• Work with integration teams on SuccessFactors integrations with:
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, SAP CPI/BT, Payroll systems, Active Director, Identity Management solutions
• Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Third-party HR applications
