The positionThe EYS Learning Facilitator (Asistente de Aula de Educación Parvularia), in addition to providing essential care and welfare support, acts as an active pedagogical partner who co-leads teaching and learning processes alongside the Lead Teacher. Their work focuses on fostering children's autonomy, as well as developing their first habits, behaviors, skills, and abilities. Furthermore, they ensure continuous supervision to guarantee a safe, inclusive,



and stimulating environment, always striving for high-quality comprehensive education that enables students to transition successfully to the following educational levels.

Qualifications and Experience• Professional Degree as a Higher-Level Technical Degree in Early Childhood Education (Técnico en Educación Parvularia de Nivel Superior granted by an accredited CFT or IP) or a Mid-Level Technical Degree from a Technical-Professional High School.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
