Blacksmith Agency seeks a Web Design Systems Designer who will own how client design systems are built. You take a brand and reference sites, extract patterns into tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute.
You will work across several client brands with the same structural rigor, building token architectures in Figma, shipping cross-site component libraries, and documenting the system for developers.
